Andrew Hutchinson is the Chief Operating Officer of Thomas Global Systems.
Andrew joined Thomas Global in 2010 as Project Manager responsible for the execution of key projects including the Australian Army’s ASLAV Crew Procedural Trainer program, TFD-7000 EFIS/EICAS display development for Delta Air Lines, Inc., the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class Submarine ISCMMS remediation project and the Boxer CRV Training System project for Rheinmetall Defence.
In 2014, Andrew relocated to the company’s Irvine, California, facility with responsibility for operations, product development, and US defense business development. Andrew returned to Sydney in 2019 and now has responsibility for the company’s Australian defence business unit as well as group program management and engineering.
Prior to joining Thomas Global, Andrew held engineering roles with Ericsson, Alfa Romeo, and Alstom. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Sydney.
